How can I place an order or order online?

You can place an order online through our website’s Place an Order tab using the Order Online option.

You can also browse through our Menu or online order section, then call us to place your order through the phone.

You can also fill out our Custom Request form under the Place an Order tab. Note that prices for custom requests will vary depending on the order.

Do you home deliver?

We are currently in the process of setting up our own delivery network.
At the moment we are working with a third-party service to provide delivery options in and around the city.

We currently have 3 Pick-Up locations available, from where you can collect your order from Ferme La Bouche.

Keep in mind however that delivery rates can vary from ‘Rs.10-Rs.200 plus’ depending on distance from Ferme La Bouche. We are doing our best to expedite the process of setting up a better delivery option. We appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Google Pay / Pay TM through our online portal check-out. Instructions will be provided during checkout for processing payment. (We are currently working on upgrading our payment portal to make the payment experience simpler for you)

You can also give us a call to and make your payment over the phone while placing your order.

How far in advance should I order a custom cake or custom order?

The earlier the better. It is best if custom orders are placed 7-10 business days in advance of the expected delivery date.
Custom Requests can range from type and style of cake, to flavors, toppings, and color schemes.
You can place a custom order through the Custom Order tab, or through the phone.

Can I make changes to my cake after I order?

You can make changes at least a week before your pick up/delivery date by calling us and informing us. The earlier we are notified of changes, the better we can assist you with them. If a change is informed last minute, there is no guarantee we can incorporate it for you.

What is your order cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. We accept weekday cancellations by phone or email, 10 business days before your event, you will receive 50% of your order back with store credit. All changes must be handled directly with a representative of Ferme La Bouche and confirmed. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given, as stated above, due to costs incurred in the purchase, priority and preparation of the order. Charges for cancellations after the above time will be as follows: 75% of the entire order will be charged for cancellations 72 hours prior to the event and 100% of the entire order will be charged for canceling the order after that time. It is entirely up to our discretion, to change the terms of an order or offer any other options to the customer.

Do you make cakes for people with Allergies?

We make egg free, nut free, dairy free, & gluten free cakes. These orders need to be placed at least 1 week in advance. We do not make vegan cakes. We can only accommodate one allergy per cake with the only exception being nut free.

I want something I can’t find on the menu, will you be able to make it for me?

It depends on what the item is and the quantity. No promises, but we can always discuss and give it our best shot!

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, Discounts for large orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
